Tulips Meetings Management has been in operation since early 1997 and Jane Yeaman AMM is the Managing Director.

The Tulips team take pride in providing excellent written and oral communication skills and we believe effective communication and the application of a project management style of management to be an essential component of our management services.

Over 75% of conferences managed by Tulips are convened in the academic, scientific and education areas.

Jane Yeaman AMM, Managing Director and Senior Consultant
Jane is an Accredited Meetings Manager (AMM) with Meetings Events Australia (MEA). AMM accreditation is received for experience, professional standing and ongoing training. Jane has been involved in tourism and conference management for over 15 years and presents at the MEA Essentials Program held annually. Jane has completed a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management (with a major in Tourism and a double minor in Accounting and Computing) and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management. Jane regularly attends industry educational events, most recently attending the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA North America) annual Congress in Hawaii and the Meeting Professionals International Congress in San Diego.

Sarah Mason, General Manager
Sarah joined Tulips as an Event Manger in early 2007. She joined us from the UK Events Industry, where she organised conferences and events throughout the UK and across Europe. She has been working in the Industry for the past 7 years. Sarah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2002 with a BSc Hon in Zoology.


Christie Anderson, Event Coordinator.
Christie commenced her employment with Tulips in December 2008 as an Event & Meetings Trainee.  She is currently studying Certificate III Meetings and Events.


Russell Yeaman, P/T Information Technology Manager
Russ oversees all computer applications, software and hardware upgrades, back-ups, website design and on-line services.
