Display Stands & Satchel Inserts

The Family Action Centre of The University of Newcastle is holding the First National Indigenous and Fifth Australian Family and Community Strengths Conferences in Newcastle from 14 to 18 April, 2008.  These conferences will be held at the University of Newcastle.  We are anticipating 300-400 delegates from all States of Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.A.  Delegates will include community workers, service providers, teachers, academics and policymakers.
 
We invite your organisation to be part of the trade exhibition on Monday 14 through to Friday 18 April.  We will provide a table with a tablecloth and two chairs which will be positioned to provide maximum exposure to delegates.  Self standing banners are welcome.  We will not unfortunately be able to provide power points.  If display boards are required please note on your application and a small additional cost will apply.
 
The fee of $2750 (inc gst) will be required for the full 5 day period.  If you would prefer to display for one of the conferences only (3 days) the fee of $2200 (inc gst) will be required.  Please tick the option you would prefer on the application attached and take care to read the cancellation policy.
 
There is also an opportunity to include an insert in the conference satchels.  Inserts will be included in the satchels for both conferences at a cost of $440 (inc gst).
