Accommodation
Special accommodation rates have been negotiated for the 5th Biennial Working with Boys Building Fine Men Conference. In order for you to receive these rates, your accommodation must be booked with your registration. Rates include GST and are quoted on a per room per nights basis and do not include breakfast, except where indicated. EARLY bookings are advised. These rates cannot be guaranteed for accommodation requests made after 4 May 2007. Accommodation cancelled within 14 days of arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee of the first night’s accommodation, at the hotel’s discretion. Please indicate on your registration form if you have any special requirements.

Deposit
Accommodation reservations will not be accepted unless accompanied by a minimum deposit of one night’s accommodation (or a credit card guarantee-see below). You will be required to settle the remainder of your account in full upon departure from the hotel.

Credit card guarantee
Alternatively, your accommodation can be guaranteed by providing a credit card. The credit card details provided will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your reservation.

Change of reservation
Prior to 2 July 2007 any alterations to your accommodation reservation must be made to the Conference Secretariat in writing. After this time, please contact the relevant hotel directly and advise the Conference Secretariat of the change as soon as possible.
